Qualifying Conditions
Florida recognizes over 25 specific medical conditions for the state's medical marijuana program — plus additional conditions at physician discretion.
Under Florida Statute 381.986, patients with qualifying medical conditions can access medical marijuana through the state's Compassionate Use Registry. The list below includes conditions explicitly named in the statute as well as conditions that qualify under the "other debilitating conditions of the same kind or class" provision. If your condition is not listed, you may still be eligible — check your eligibility or call (561) 571-9076 to discuss your situation with Dr. Stratt.
